Megan VandeBogert serves as the CEO and Executive Director of Hope thru Soap, Inc. (HTS, Inc.), a nonprofit organization committed to supporting vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness in Metro Atlanta. With over 38 years of residency in Georgia, Megan considers it her hometown, although she originally is from Wisconsin.

Megan brings extensive expertise in Organizational Management and Human Resources, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Oglethorpe University. Additionally, she holds certifications in Grant Writing, Advanced Grant Writing, and Nonprofit Management from Gwinnett Technical College and a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.

In her leadership role at HTS, Megan is responsible for overseeing a range of critical functions, including fundraising, grant writing, financial management, and strategic planning. She also plays a key role in partnership and program development, business engagement, and securing corporate sponsorships. Megan manages HTS’s core programs, including the Hope thru Soap Mobile Shower Program, as well as two initiatives she founded: Thrive by Hope, their Youth & Young Adult Program and the Miller's Market Food Pantry Program. Furthermore, she oversees the organization’s operations, marketing, IT, and legal functions, ensuring HTS continues to expand its impact.

Outside of her work, Megan enjoys spending time with her two children and four rescue dogs.
