Ebony Harris is a driving force in the realm of foster youth advocacy, an accomplished author, a visionary entrepreneur, and an empowering success coach. With an unwavering commitment to the triumph of others, Ebony stands as a beacon of hope and guidance in the lives of many.

As the founder and CEO of Youth Empowerment Success Services, Inc. (YESS, Inc.), a distinguished 501(c)3 organization catering to the needs of youth transitioning from foster care, Ebony has established herself as a catalyst for positive change. Additionally, she holds the role of Managing Partner and Lead Consultant at Pillar Training & Consulting Group, LLC, a consultancy specializing in the training and mentoring of child welfare professionals.  In her literary pursuits, Ebony has penned the insightful book 'Authentic Youth Coaching: 7 Steps to Helping Youth Successfully Transition,' a comprehensive guide that sheds light on the challenges young individuals aging out of the foster care system face. 

With an extensive background in the field, Ebony previously served as the State Independent Living Program Director for Georgia's Department of Human Services Division of Family & Children Services. Over her impressive two-decade career, she has gained valuable experience in independent living, foster and therapeutic care, adoptions, and transitional homeless youth services. Her initiatives have provided essential housing and support services to homeless young adults navigating the intricacies of the child welfare system.

Ebony's qualifications speak volumes, including a life coach certification from Coach Training Alliance, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her holistic understanding of the youth services arena and her practical experience have equipped her with a unique ability to foster success in the lives of those she serves. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ebony is actively involved in philanthropy, generously contributing her time and expertise to various non-profit boards and providing coaching to both non-profit and business leaders.
