Joy G. Turner, MPA

Joy is a non-profit management expert with over 10 years experience leading across the public and private sectors as a Board Member, Project Manager and Program Analyst. Joy is an Army Veteran, a graduate of the United States Military Academy West Point and holds a Master of Public Administration with a certificate in Non-profit Management from the University of Washington. She is excited to bring her depth of knowledge and expertise in non-profit leadership and project management to SLCY and to build this new organization from the ground up.
